How/where can I get the most up-to-date information?

To get the most up-to-date information, you can do a couple things. Text the word HighBanks to 84483 to subscribe to our text alerts such as rain delays, ticket information, and more. You can subscribe to email alerts in the footer of our website. Also check this website and our Facebook page, because our Facebook and Website are usually the first to get updated! Email [email protected] or calling are other options.

Is the facility handicap accessible?

Yes, the facility is handicap accessible. There is accessibility for wheelchair seating in section E. Please purchase these tickets the day of the race at the ticket booth, or call/email us to reserve. Below are images of the entrance and the ramp leading up to the platform.

Can I bring outside food or drinks into the stands?

Please do not bring outside food or beverages past the entry gate. Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages allowed inside the gates. You can purchase beer inside the gates at our beer garden. We have concessions where you can purchase other food and drinks. To see our concessions menu, go here

Ticket Questions

What time do the gates open?

Unless otherwise stated, for all events, the gates open at 5PM, hot laps start at 6:30PM, and racing starts at 7:30PM.

Are you still offering the kids ticket discount?

Due to dishonesty in recent years, child ticket pricing can’t be purchased on our website, but we will still honor the discount on the day of the event. If you want a children’s ticket, you must first purchase a regular adult ticket through our website to reserve that seat. On the day of the race, come to the ticket booth with your child and ticket to receive the partial refund. Ages 6 to 12 only.

For 305 Nationals, the 1st prelim night can receive a $10 refund, and the championship night can receive a $15 refund.

Ages 6 and under are free.

If your child is NOT present we will NOT issue the discount!

How do I get my tickets that I purchase?

After you successfully complete your ticket purchase on our website, you will automatically receive a link to download and print your tickets at home. Tickets have a unique bar-code which will be scanned at the gates. The bar-code allows only ONE entry scan, so if you try entering the gate with an already scanned ticket we will NOT let you through. No exceptions

Print your tickets at home on any standard white 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. If you cannot print your tickets at home, we can look up your ticket at the gate ONLY with a valid drivers license for identification. This slows everyone down, so please have them printed!

Can you scan my ticket from my phone?

Yes we can scan your digital ticket off of your phone.

As a reminder, all ticket bar-codes allows only ONE entry scan, so if your ticket scan fails due it it already being scanned, we will NOT let you through. No exceptions.

Is there a ticket refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. In the event of a rain out, races will be run a different day, and your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled day. If you have any questions or issues relating to tickets, please email us at ti[email protected]

How can I register for an event? Can I do it all online?

Yes you can register for our events online! On the home page on the left menu, select “Driver Registration”, complete the form and pay the fee and that’s it! Click here to be taken to the driver registration page.
